How much is business email?
Starter is KSh 12,000 a year for up to 5 accounts and Business is KSh 24,000 a year for up to 20. More than 20 accounts is quoted after a short call.
Can you move our existing email?
Yes. Migrating existing mail across is part of the Business package, and we plan it so nothing is lost in the move.
Why does our email go to spam?
Almost always missing or incorrect mail records: SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Receiving servers use them to decide whether your mail is genuine, and setting them up properly is part of this service.
How long does setup take?
Two to four days for a straightforward setup, three to seven if there is existing mail to migrate.
What if someone leaves the company?
You ask us and we handle it: the account secured, forwarded or closed. That is part of ongoing management rather than a separate job.
