Connect your operations end to end
Custom ERP systems that join up the parts of your business currently held together by spreadsheets, re-keyed data and someone remembering to send an email.
About ERP Systems
Businesses that have outgrown separate systems: where stock, purchasing, finance and operations each hold their own version of the truth and none of them agree.
Problems it solves
- The same data re-entered into three systems
- Stock, purchasing and finance disagreeing with each other
- Month-end taking a week of manual reconciliation
- No single view of what the business is actually doing
What you get
- One record, used by every part of the business
- Reporting that does not need reconciling first
- Approvals and permissions that match your structure
- Built around your operation rather than a generic template

Why Choose Duara Dev
12 years of experience
Twelve years building for businesses in Kenya. Long enough to have seen what fails, and why, before it happens to your project.
Built around how you work
We map your existing process before proposing anything, so the system fits the business rather than forcing the business to fit the system.
AI-powered development
We build with AI in our own process, which is why projects move faster, and build it into what we deliver where it genuinely helps.
Ongoing support
Launch is not the end of the relationship. There is a support window after go-live and a real person to reach afterwards.
Pricing
This service is scoped and quoted against the project, because the range is genuinely too wide for a published package to be honest about.
ERP Systems
Custom
Priced after a scoping call, against what the work actually involves.

How much does an ERP cost?
ERP projects are quoted after a proper scoping exercise. The range between a single stock module and a full operations system is enormous, and a published figure would mislead almost everyone who read it.
How long does an ERP take?
Three to four weeks of process review, twelve to sixteen weeks for the core build, then four to six weeks of migration and rollout. It is a serious project and worth treating as one.
Do we have to replace everything at once?
No, and usually you should not. Building module by module, starting with the part causing the most pain, is lower risk and gets value sooner.
Can it work with software we already have?
Usually. What it integrates with is one of the first things established during the process review, because it shapes everything after it.
Who trains our staff?
We do, before rollout. A system nobody has been trained on is a system that gets worked around, which defeats the point of building it.
